Platinum Series 10-Year Umbrella Frame Warranty
The 10-year warranty covers the center pole, top and bottom hub, ribs and struts, and stainless steel hardware only. The Factory will repair or replace any warranty claim in this category at its own discretion for a period of 10 years from date of purchase. This warranty is specifically exempt from damage occurring from severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or other extreme acts of nature. Platinum series umbrellas must be anchored and secured to the ground with a base of adequate weight or mass. Failure to secure the umbrella to a proper base will void any potential warranty claim. Damage caused from improper operation or maintenance of this umbrella are not covered under this warranty. This warranty is also exempt from any damage resulting from the umbrella coming into contact with any foreign object, including the ground. In general, umbrellas should be closed when not in use.
Platinum Series 1-Year Parts & Finish Warranty
The 1-year warranty covers the pulleys, locking cleat system, rope, and powder coat finish of the umbrella frame only. The Factory will replace or repair any hardware claims or re-finish any powder coat damage for a period of 1 year from date of purchase.
Any warranty claim must be submitted to Contract Furnishings International, Inc. with original proof of purchase, written documentation of claim, and photography detailing damage. Warranty claimant shall be responsible for all shipping or freight charges both to and from our manufacturing facility.
